Expresstech was founded in Kuwait in 2015 by Aziz Kapadia, shortly after he returned from the United States with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and five years of hands-on experience in IP telephony and networking.

 

At the time, many small and medium-sized businesses in Kuwait were still relying on traditional phone systems, while modern IP telephony solutions were largely limited to bigger organizations.

 

Aziz saw an opportunity to bring more practical, cost-effective communication technology to businesses that were being overlooked.

 

Expresstech began with networking and CCTV projects, building the technical and operational foundation needed to grow into more advanced communication solutions.

 

Over the years, the company worked with a wide range of networking, security and telephony brands, gradually identifying the platforms it could confidently stand behind.

 

Today, Expresstech focuses primarily on Ubiquiti, 3CX and Yeastar, while continuing to grow around the same principle it started with: understanding the customer’s problem first and delivering a solution that is practical, reliable and supported for the long term.
